After spending five years in High School Land in Chesterfield County, I decided I needed to be rejuvenated and became the librarian at Albert Hill Middle School, in Richmond. I'm a journalist and a public historian who likes to bring people with interesting occupations and interests into the school and school library to show students all the possibilities our world has to offer. I'm the editor of the VAASL Voice, and I'm always looking for school librarians who want to share their stories, interests, and accomplishments with the rest of the VAASL world.
